A film made before I even started my career and the oldest brief I ever worked to.
At my Mum's school, there was a competition running to win a sports day, all you had to do was make a 2-minute video showing the judges how you live healthily.
With my shiny new DVD camera, end of Year 11 exams and free video editing software (I forget which) from a DVD attached to a magazine, I set to work filming their outdoor activities and interviewing teachers/parents.
In the end, the film won!
On a technicality, however, as we actually followed the brief, voted tactically and stayed within the time limit. We even beat a private school who hired a film company, because they went over the running time by 3 minutes trying to feature every single child in the film.
