# About Me
> Code, websites, and the odd bit of magic
Hello, I’m Connor, a freelancer, film-maker, CTO and Software Engineer from Sheffield, Yorkshire (UK). I build websites, web apps, games, and software projects. I’ve worked in the traffic and hospitality industries, but I also have a background in digital media, particularly live event multi-camera productions and documentaries.
I’m used to working independently or as part of a team, picking up projects at any stage and seeing them through. I’ve also pitched projects to Amazon, Microsoft, and other big names at GDC London, which was quite an experience! A lot of my work is under strict NDAs, which means my clients trust me with their sensitive and high-profile projects - and I take that trust seriously.
If you need something built, improved, or just finished off, let’s have a chat!

# My Skills
Need a website? I can build it. Whether it’s a simple page, a full web app, or something in between, I’ll make sure it looks good and does what you need.
Got a site that needs fixing or upgrading? I can sort that too.
I build software, whether it’s a full project or just a piece of the puzzle. From desktop and web apps to games and backend systems, I can jump in wherever needed.
The above is not a comprehensive list, I've worked with too many technologies to count and can pick them up relatively quickly. If you're not sure if I can help, ask me!
I've worked on a mix of personal and professional projects, from running secret YouTube channels to creating films for local businesses like Our Cow Molly, Steel City Spartans, Secrets of the Boudoir Burlesque, and Music in the Gardens. Originally under the trading name Eager Amobeba™
My experience is largely volunteer-based, but I’ve handled filming, editing, marketing, and production. Most recently, I filmed and edited a feature-length horror play written by Scott and Max, The King in Yellow. This was a multi-camera shoot, the best angle being an uncomfortable GoPro shot from the back of the stage!
Under my brand Eager Amoeba, I’ve developed a range of Unity assets, including Easy Screen Align, AQHAT, and Beamtime, all highly rated by users. I also released a Steam game, Asteroid Deathmatch, which has been featured in a strangers YouTube review!
